These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Long Beach Community Outreach website and your purchase of tickets, t-shirts, and sponsorships. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

This website is operated by Long Beach Community Outreach LLC, a California limited liability company serving the Long Beach area. A 501(c)(3) nonprofit affiliate is in formation.

Orders and payment

• Prices are in U.S. dollars. Tickets are $25 per person, and children 5 and under are free. T-shirts are $25 for adults and $15 for kids. Sponsorship levels run from $250 to $5,000.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed by the receipt emailed to you after checkout.
• We may correct pricing errors, or decline or cancel an order, if needed. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a refund.

Tickets

• A ticket grants one person admission to the event named at checkout. Keep your emailed receipt as proof of purchase and bring it to the gate.
• The event takes place rain or shine. If we must change, postpone, or cancel it, see our Refund Policy.
• Tickets are transferable to another person but are not for resale above face value.

T-shirts

T-shirts are picked up at the event unless you select and pay for shipping at checkout. Sizes and quantities are limited. Exchanges and returns are covered in our Refund Policy.

Sponsorships

Sponsorship benefits are as described on our Sponsors page. After you sponsor, we will contact you to arrange your logo, listing, and other benefits. Sponsorship terms are covered in our Refund Policy.

Event attendance and assumption of risk

Our event includes activities such as horses, a mechanical bull, games, and other physical fun. You take part voluntarily and at your own risk, and you are responsible for the children in your care. By attending, you agree to follow staff instructions and event rules, and we may ask anyone who is unsafe or disruptive to leave.

Photography

Our events are photographed and recorded. By attending, you understand that you or your family may appear in photos or video that we use to promote the organization and future events.

Intellectual property

The content, logo, artwork, and design of this site belong to Long Beach Community Outreach and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and event are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Long Beach Community Outreach is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site, your purchase, or your attendance, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
