We want you to feel good about supporting Long Beach Community Outreach. Because your purchases help fund a community event and our year-round outreach, here is how refunds, exchanges, and cancellations work.
Tickets
- Ticket sales are final and non-refundable, but tickets are transferable, so you are welcome to give them to someone else if your plans change.
- The event is held rain or shine.
- If we cancel the event, ticket holders receive a full refund. If we postpone it, your tickets are honored for the new date, or you may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement.
T-shirts
- We gladly exchange a shirt for a different size, or replace a defective or incorrect item, within 14 days of the event or of delivery.
- Because shirts are made for this event, we do not offer refunds on shirts that have been worn or washed.
- If your shirt arrives damaged, or does not arrive, we will replace it or refund it.
Sponsorships
- Sponsorship payments are non-refundable, because the funds are committed to event costs and community programs as soon as they are received.
- If we cancel the event, sponsors will be offered a credit toward a future event, or a refund of any funds not yet spent.
How to request a refund or exchange
Email admin@lbcommunityoutreach.com with your name and the order number from your receipt. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.
